Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. 

Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.
